Dr. Thomas P. Meyer completed his undergraduate education at the University of Louisville in Kentucky. He pursued his graduate education at Emory University in Atlanta, where he received his M.D. He completed his residency and fellowship in Atlanta from 1973 - 1978. In addition, he provides services in cardiology and interventional cardiology. He holds a faculty appointment at Mercer University in Macon, GA and he also serves as the medical director of the Georgia Heart Center at the Medical Center of Central Georgia.
Dr. Meyer has been in private practice for over 20 years until forming Georgia Heart & Vascular Center in conjunction with Dr. Talley Culclasure. He has primary interests in cardiology and interventional cardiology.
